RJ Cornwell is The Cowboy Chef;  a Master Cake Artist, Baker and Personal Chef. Although he has attended and received 2 degrees from formal culinary schools, he has no formal training as a Cake Artist. Although RJ is self-taught, his love and passion for Cake Artistry has been an "obsession" since the very first cake he decorated.

If you're a repeat customer, then you already know that each and every cake The Cowboy Chef creates for you is not your  typical  "grocery store"  type cake,  nor do they taste like it either.

Even though our main focus is on the "Artistic Presentation" of your personalized specialty cake, that in no way means we skimp on the flavor of your masterpiece!!!
