RJ Cornwell is the oldest of four, born and raised in upstate New York. His parents, Ron & Shirley, wanted a girl, when they were blessed with RJ.  So RJ's love of cooking and baking began helping his mother in the kitchen, as soon as he could stand on a chair to reach the stove.

By ten years of age RJ was self-employed baking and decorating cakes for family, friends and his parents coworkers. While in high school, RJ worked as a Floral Designer and Assistant Manager at a local floral shop; and also catered weddings and special events with his father.

By the completion of high school, RJ had completed two years of Food Preparation, Service and Management Training; and then Food Preparation, Service and Hotel Management Training in the United States Navy; however, RJ's true passion, was protecting and serving as a security and law enforcement officer.

Although RJ committed his life to protecting, serving and helping others in their time of need; he always found time to sharpen his skills, making custom cakes for family and friends.

RJ's parents are incredibly talented, creative, artistic. They're hobby turned into a business that they have owned and operated for over 40 years now. Check out "A Touch Of The Past" to see where RJ was blessed to inherit his imagination and creativeness.
